A more sustainable way to train, move, and feel your body.
Athletic Embodiment helps professional athletes and curious, creative humans develop the often-overlooked foundations of performance: rhythm, coordination, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness.
A former competitive athlete, Oz knows firsthand both the demands and the costs of high-level training. After years in basketball, she began exploring new ways of working with the body, approaches that support both performance and long-term wellbeing.
Her work blends movement education, embodiment practices, rhythm training, and coaching psychology, helping athletes and teams train in a way that improves performance, prevents injury, and supports wellbeing.

Athletic Embodiment is built on the idea that training is so much more than strength, conditioning, skills and endurance.
“Athletic” refers to body intelligence, ease of movement and lived physicality, while “Embodiment” points to depth, presence, and awareness of your nervous system. Together, these create a practice that helps athletes and active humans move with more ease, joy, and resilience.
The Practice
In our sessions, we begin by observing your current physical, mental, and emotional state. Rather than following a fixed training protocol & linear specialized movement, we dive into a practice adapts to you, your current state and what you need to work on.
Through soft joint articulations, coordination drills, rhythm work, and constraint-led movement, you develop awareness, adaptability, and resilience in the body. Over time, these qualities translate into more fluid, efficient movement on the court, helping you move with freedom, precision, and confidence.

"I’ve been a lot more open in jiu-jitsu, more willing to improvise instead of feeling like I have to be in a specific position. I’m attacking things from different vantage points, and it’s been really good for me.. "
