Move By Oz
Foundations of Movement: Unlock Coordination, Mobility & Creative Play.
I’m excited to share with you the movement practice I love most - what I return to every day. Through playful exploration, natural movement patterns, and creative tasks, I hope this course will help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels fluid, nourishing, and free.
Some movements may feel challenging, others might come with ease, but the goal isn’t technique or perfection - it’s about discovering joy in movement, expanding your possibilities, and loving your body even more.
What’s inside
Week 1: Spinal Mobility
This module will provide you with an overview of simple, nourishing spinal movements you can do only a daily basis. Recommended to do in nature !
Week 2: Building the basics
During this module, we will go over the fundamental mobility patterns. Getting our knees, hips and feet nourished and ready for action.
Week 3: Become more animal
Explore and play with the most natural, animal-inspired movement patterns. In this module, we will cover a variety of crawling and locomotion moves designed to improve your coordination, strength, and fluidity on all fours.
Week 4: Rhythmical Coordination
The core organisation of the human body in motion. Coordination is one of main factors for movement and joint development through motion and rhythm. It is a practice which gives us feedback for how we move, our adaptability and how healthy is our system, moving us away from stiffness to a more harmonious body. In this module you will work on full body interconnectivity, rhythm and elasticity.
Week 5: Spinal Pull & Waving
Two fundamental spinal movements to help us become more fluid and free. We will work with different variations.
Week 6: Creative Play
Without play, learning wouldn't be possible. In this module, we’ll tap into our creative potential and expand our movement vocabulary. Discover that we are all dancers at heart—through simple tasks, you’ll learn to move freely and authentically, embracing self-expression.
